Are your products safe?

All products sold by Kamagra World are genuine, made by Ajanta Pharma under the strictest of clinical conditions.

Can you get me a product not listed on your site?

We at Kamagra World are in constant contact with our suppliers to have the best range of products available to our customers, however we cannot take requests from individuals about specific products not listed. Please check back regularly for your desired product. When a new product becomes available to us, it is added to the site immediately.

I am currently taking medication. Can I also take your products?

Please refer to Kamagra World's Medical Information page for details. However, for the avoidance of doubt, it is recommended that yOu contact a doctor or pharmacist before placing your order.

Can you sell me large quantities of your products?

The products sold by Kamagra World are for personal use only. We do not supply wholesale amounts on any products available through this website.

Why is a product showing as "Out of Stock"?

Our real-time stock control System ensures we do not Sell anything that we do not physically have in stock. When a particular product is low, the system automatically places an order with our suppliers.

Once delivery of the new stock Is received, the website is updated and the product made available to purchase again.

We ask that you check back periodically because we are unable to inform individuals when a particular product is back in stock.

Do I have to register an account to buy from you?

No. You can checkout as a ‘Guest’. However registering an account with us has many benefits such as being able to view your order history, easily place a reorder or view any tracking numbers associated with a parcel with just a few clicks.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time, we do offer discount codes. Please sign up to our newsletter to be informed of any such promotions.

I am having difficulty placing my order. Can you help?

If you are experiencing difficulties using our website or placing an order, please close your browser, clear the cache and restart your machine. This resolved the majority of issues.

Should this not work, then please contact us using the form on this page. Be sure to include the Operating System and Web Browser being used, along with any error messages that you are receiving.

My order has not been updated. What can I do?

All orders should be automatically updated within 2 working days. If this has not happened, please use the contact form on this page to send us a message.

Why haven’t I received an email from you?

Please check your Junk or Spam Folder. Some email provides treat our communications as spam. Therefore, to ensure you receive our emails, please add our domain to your “Safe Senders” or “White List”.

Where do you ship from?

All our our products are shipped from our UK warehouse.

For a full list of countries we can service, please see our Delivery page. If your country is not listed on there, you will not be able to place an order with us.

When will my order be delivered?

Please allow the time stated on the Delivery page for your parcel to arrive: up to 14 days for UK orders, up to 21 days for elsewhere. If after this time, you have still not received your parcel, please contact your local sorting office to see if it is being held on your behalf. If it is not, please use the form on this page to get in touch with us.
